Profile - Rona Posselt, Founder
A law graduate from the University of Edinburgh, Rona worked in commercial litigation in the US before becoming a business consultant completing projects in the US and UK, in a variety of sectors including power, oil & gas services, healthcare manufacturing and private equity. Rona then spent 5 years in niche executive search, specialising in investment banking before becoming Head of Front Office Recruitment at JPMorgan and then Global Head of Human Capital at a niche financial services strategy consultancy.

For the last five years Rona has worked exclusively with private equity investors and their portfolio businesses.
