Scope
Helping the potential investor to be comfortable that they fully understood the management team, the dynamic, the culture and the challenges facing them, including succession planning as the CEO looked to step back.
Process
We met with the senior management team of four, conducting thorough interviews with each, digging down into the potential issues before undertaking extensive external referencing. Referencing including former employees, advisors, customers and former colleagues from the team’s past.
Outcome
Our report addressed the team’s ability to deliver the plan, what additional support (executive and non-executive) might be required, organisational structure, succession planning, agenda conflict and culture. Our report included development recommendations to support the team members’ growth as the business continued to grow.
